Refund Policy for the Resume Tailor

A failed generation

When a resume cannot be written, the credit is returned to your balance automatically, usually at once and always within a day.

Unused credits

Credits in a pack that you have not used are refundable within 14 days of the purchase. Email vincent@unchaindata.xyz with the order id from your receipt. The refund is for the unused share of the pack and goes back to the payment method, through Polar.

If we ever shut the service down, unused credits are refunded.

Used credits

A credit that wrote a resume is used and is not refundable, whether or not you downloaded the files.

After a refund

A refund takes the refunded credits back from your balance. If they were already spent, your balance can go below zero and the next pack pays that first.

Your rights

Nothing here limits refund rights you have under the law where you live.
