Terms of Use for the Resume Tailor

These terms apply to the Resume Tailor, a service of UD Analytics LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA). Using the service means you accept them.
What the service does
The Resume Tailor rewrites your own history into a one-page resume and a cover letter for one job posting at a time. It is designed to use only the facts in the history you give it and checks its output against that history, but checks can miss things, so you must review every resume and letter before you send it.
You are responsible for what you send to an employer.
The fit score
The score estimates how well your wording matches the posting. It does not guarantee interviews or jobs.
The score is an estimate of keyword and wording match between your history and a posting. It is not a prediction of how an employer will read your application.
Credits
One credit writes one resume and one cover letter for one job, with one free rewrite; edits are free. Credits never expire. They are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value.
A failed generation returns its credit automatically. Refunds of unused credits are described in the refund policy.
Prices are shown before you pay. Payments and any applicable tax are handled by Polar as the merchant of record.
Your content
You own what you upload. You grant us a license only to process it to provide the service to you.
Do not upload other people's data, or sensitive data such as ID numbers, health information or financial account details.
Your account
Keep your sign-in to yourself. The free steps (fit, upload, import) have daily limits so the service stays available to everyone.
We may pause the service for maintenance. Credits you hold stay in your account while it is paused.
Eligibility and changes
You must be 18 or older to use the service.
We may update these terms and will show the new effective date on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid for the credits involved.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without limiting consumer rights you have where you live.
